@@Smithsgold well I'm not in a bunch of pain but cant get around perfect. And they just decided they are going to do the surgery next Friday. Which is good and bad, it's good because I'll get fixed up but bad because the recovery from the surgery is longer then if I didnt need it. And on top of it next Friday is the east coast dig event ! Theres 40 plus people showing up from all over the east coast. And i don't know what's going to happen with me even being able to be present for it. I feel like a jerk

Great video to watch before work Jeff thank you. I always look for the drain tunnel or the clean-out race location in the hydraulic workings. Those primitive recovery techniques got the gold down to a size of a grain of rice they say and the rest was Swept Away! What a great family outing with Gary! And lovely Emily and little bro!

The key to beat the Heat. Long sleeves long pants handkerchief under hat completely wet down all your garments before exposure to Sun. This prevents enervation and heat exhaustion

Way to beat the heat. No fair. I want a grandson that I can go prospecting with too. So what if the Ole Sensei put a couple more grams on his lead. There's a nugget out there at Petey's Place with your name on it that can put you out in front again in a single move. Just drive out there on your next day off, dig it up and post up a video so we can all witness the triumph. There is no substitute for victory.

There all different in there own way just depends on the size of the Gold they were finding and the size of the gravel. If you find a lot of broken quartz in an area that probably means they were finding some Gold in the quartz !!!
