Question: rifle stocks or a motorcycle helmet for instance...why do you do some things get dipped in half/half and some things in one dip....it can't be size because I see same size things done both ways

A lot of it depends on the shape of the item being dipped and the film. Some films do not work well being rolled or don't like to be stretched much. With the shapes it really all depends on how its going to look in the end if you can dip it once and everything look good, or if it needs to be dipped twice.

Awesome job! I had a question how much do you normally charge for the custom airbrushing? Just standard lettering?

Thanks for the question, it all really depends on what is being painted and what exactly you want airbrushed. But for instance that skull with the A on the front was 2 colors which came out to about 40 bucks extra. Yeah I think your right, very similar facial features. Probably used that face for all the styrofoam heads... wish I could find one that looks like Mr Bean! LoL.

What psi do you recommend to spray a film?

I all depends on which gun you use. I have 4 different guns set up and they all spray at different pressures. The pressure is not as important as the spray pattern. If your pattern isn't correct it won't matter what the pressure is.

I would want to have something really obnoxious and funny on my climbing helmet. Something that when you are at altitude makes who is looking at it have to take a double take to confirm they are seeing what they seeing.

The blue was a candy clear coat added after the helmet was dipped.

I appreciate the response, a motorcycle dip is in the works probably after the first of the year. I got a Harley Road glide that will be getting a full dip, going to look so cool. Still have to decide on a pattern though.
