Guns are the new Barbie dolls or "action figures" for a generation of men. All my war era veteran, game hunting relatives and I are rolling our eyes at this modern practice. My grandfather would have reacted with a slack-jawed, dead-eyed silence if I pulled this rifle out of a gun case, even if it was my daughter's. He would have assumed it was a toy and shot rubber BBs. I see where a camo pattern in natural colors makes some sense. Thanks for all the videos. Hydrodipping is a very cool technology with a variety of uses.

I do not do rc card bodies, and that reverse dip method does not always work good, hence why I don't do them

Question for you!? Do you recommend a external coating or anything sprayed to force the hydro dip to stay on the surface? I saw you spray something or if that was sand blaring. Jesus that looks great!

I sand blast to prep the part and give the paint a good surface to bond too.

Can you do a video comparing Cerakote and hydro dipping? Cerakote is some good shit. I have it on my shotgun and it has withstood a lot moisture and a lot of abuse. I’d like to see the pros and cons of each and if hydro dipping is as durable.
