I don’t know how hydro dipping works. But would doing the marble effect first then sparkle and paint after work?

You need to do the sparkle first as it needs to be against the plastic to show through, if you were to paint first it would cover the flakes from being seen.

Thats called acrylic dipping not hydro dipping, hydrographics are dipping a preprinted designed film.

Cool cheers man I didn't know there was a difference. I thought the hydro meant into water and didn't matter what was floated on the top.
