Sir, We made a kit using scrap stainless steel sheets and used it for running a motorcycle. It could run without a drop of fuel. We made a bigger kit and used it for running a Nano car engine. We did not take the car on the road as it is not approved. The engine worked without using any fuel. We tried it for one and a half hours successfully. If the Government is advised by IIT Professor like you and it considers allowing these kits for fixing it on vehicles to run these on biofuel, a lot of pollution could be reduced and fuel saved. We joined hands with an Engineering College in Mumbai and Pune and worked a standby generator and used hydrogen gas produced by our kit as a bio-fuel. We observed that it could save two lit. of diesel i.e. 17%. Bigger kits could have saved more fuel, but we did not experiment as it's not approved. The PCRA in its report has appreciated the use of Hydrogen gas, but it has mainly talked about producing Hydrogen by a chemical process, use of hydrogen storage cylinders, importing cylinders and transportation vehicles, etc. They have said it is the future fuel but has not talked about the electrolysis system much. The government could encourage people to use hydrogen produced by electrolysis systems, as it does not need any storage cylinders or transportation vehicles. it's the simple method of producing gas on the spot and on-demand. to work generators, welding sets, or any equipment using internal consumption engines the country can save on fossil fuel and reduce pollution. The large kitchen, industries using thermal energy be encouraged to use hydrogen produced by HHO producing kits to save fuel and reduce pollution. We have used in all kits scrap stainless steel, used for utensil making quality. We used the kit also for working the gas as LPG gas, it works. These days there is news that a lot of people die due to coal powder dust in the atmosphere, and blackouts due to a shortage of coal in the electricity generating stations. If IITs can work on replacing coal as a source of supplying thermal energy by producing hydrogen using wind, solar energy lot of lives could be saved and pollution reduced. This will also create a lot of employment. But the manufacture of HHO kits should be according to some standard. We had initially purchased the HHO kit online and found that it was good as a water heater than a hydrogen gas producer as the gap between the anode and cathode was too much. Sir, if you like the idea please advise the Government. We have written to the authorities but the response is lukewarm.

If seawater is taken from a bore well about 2 - 5 hundred feet away from the sea, for making hydrogen gas by electrolysis, no acids will be required. The DC Voltage is generated through Solar power or Wind turbines. Hydrogen gas is used for making steam for use in the Steam turbines that are running the power generating system. The used steam that was cooled by water drawn from the bore well, cooled to be used for drinking water.The bore well water that has been heated while cooling the steam to be fed to boiler for making steam for turbine.
