I just receive the same tray in your Amazon list but mine didn’t come with a tube indention on the tray. I was wondering if they changed the design or did you make the indention to slide the tube in yourself?

I’m not exactly sure what priming is, but soaking in: 1% hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂, can buy from pharmacy) for a day, or 1000 ppm sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl, bleach) for 15 minutes should do the job. If you’re going to soak for several hours, you can use 100 ppm NaOCl, but make sure it doesn’t go below 100 ppm, as its disinfecting power is uncertain below that level. Note that you should never mix H₂O₂ and NaOCl, since that would rapidly generate heat and oxygen, causing the mixtures to splatter everywhere.
