Soaking the impression in water for a few minutes after it is set helps to pull the model out of the tray easier

Whenever I pour into the dental molds the end result is slightly different causing bad castings for gold teeth. I tried vacuum chamber but it seems to break off the sprues or create a big mess.

A vacuum mixer is best for when mixing model stone but usually only dental labs have those.
