Agree 100%! Her head voice is so floaty & ethereal but man, her chest voice rocks, too! Her voice just effortlessly transitions between registers ; it’s just flawlessly even throughout. I absolutely love this cover, definitely brings back memories growing up with the FF games. Still randomly have FF7-10 (mostly, a few others as well) songs pop into my head time to time. Aeriths Theme cover would probably make a grown man cry though. Would sound amazing.

Elden Ring wont be successful? Hype and personal feelings aside, i am not sure at this point that it wont be successful. Remember games can actually sell well and then found out later to actually be not as good as we thought, look at Cyberpunk, sold amazing and has good numbers but... So do you think Lauren singing an Elden Ring song when it sold well but recieved bad is good for her? Or Elden Ring sells not amazing but critics/gamers rave about it and Lauren sings a song from that outcome would be good for her? Or for her to sing the song regardless of outcome because gamers will love the song regardless if the game is widely "successful" or not?

No ,man... I'm 48. To me, Atari was the hieght of video games!! I'm just a little to old for this p.c. gaming. We only had 3 or 4 computers in our whole school when I graduated. I was having to much fun in the woods, reading everything I could,and building models! Never got into computers. This is about all I can do with a computer. Watch KZbin and I use Google to look up reference photos when I'm building models. Still... Regardless,thanks for the heads up,just ain't my bag. I do love Lauren's voice though!! Take care

I used to play this game with my brother in the advanced stages of glioblastoma. I’d put his mask on and hand back the controller, wipe off the grease, and make us food. The night he passed, he was provinces away. I couldn’t sleep. I turned on the TV and played for hours in the crystal forest after Guadosalam. I knew it was that night. My father came downstairs and sat on my bed. He told me what I already knew. The impact this song has & the number of creators who still repeat the chant means everything to me.
