+Wonderfully Weird Ana I've been using the BHA for several months, and honestly I don't know if it does much for my blackheads. However, I used to have dehydrated, flaky skin on my t-zone and it has DEFINITELY fixed that problem for me!

The aha breaks me out. It gives me little white bumps and breakouts! It so makes my skin dry and flaky! I don't know what the hype is about regarding aha lol

I just wanted to thank you for being a good role model, for girls especially :) It is pretty difficult being an asian girl and seeing so many ppl care too much about superficial things like plastic surgery and whatnot. I think its easy to get tempted to do procedures like that when that is the trend right now. Not that surgery is bad, but I think inner beauty is more important than outer beauty. You're already so pretty and you've never had surgery or anything like that. I think it's got to do with your kind heart too :) Because there's a difference seeing a person who's just pretty on the outside, not on the inside. It's the ppl who are pretty on the inside too that makes them beautiful :3 so thank you for being someone i look up to! :)

Hey Jen~ I just love your videos and the way you describe products so straight-forward-ly. After hearing about the "Heimish All Clean Balm" being the healthier alternative... I was wondering if you would consider doing a "no paraben, no fragrance" Korean cosmetics segment? I see very few people who review k-makeup comment on these ingredients, but I have noticed you've said you don't like highly fragranced cosmetics. I think this would really help all of those expecting mothers out there who still want to look beautiful, but want to avoid those chemicals. Thanks! God bless!

can confirm that the clio eyeliner is super waterproof👌🏼 i volunteer at the local aquarium and i remember having a random swatch of it on my hand (lol).. even after volunteering all day at the touch pools (as well as cleaning seal poop..) the swatch stayed exactly as it was. no fading. at all. LOL

I have been using the CosRX Blackhead Power Liquid, and I find it works really well! (when used as a BHA exfoliation step). If I travel/camp and don't bother with my usual routine, I end up getting home with a few blackheads; once I use the BHA Liquid, they're mostly gone by next morning (mine are very "mild" though). I have gotten 0 stubborn blackheads since beginning use :D

cosrx is amazing! i used those pimple pads for 2 weeks (morning and night) and these extremely stubborn little whiteheads i had on my cheeks were reduced by sooooo much! i used to cover my pimply cheeks with my hair which, of course, made it worse... but i've used a whole tub now and they are honestly 99% gone. i've also had some help from the cosrx aha whitehead power liquid but because it's so strong i can only use it once a week. the pimple pads did the majority of the work! long comment but i hope someone who is self conscious about their pimples sees this and is able to try this product! i recommend it so so much!

just remember, it's an exfoliant! so on the nights/mornings you use the pads, do not use bha/aha products or a facial scrub!

+Jo hi there, i've been dying to try the cosrx pimple pads but i'm now in doubt because most of my daily routine contains aha & bha. i've been loving my hada labo tamagohada face wash (contains both AHA & BHA) & my cosrx returning a-sol (has BHA), and have been religiously using them every day & night. but if i want to try the pimple pads, do i have to skip / substitute them? and what's your point of using cosrx pimple pads along with cosrx low PH morning cleanser?

my skin is combination sensitive! so, it's been a very long journey for me to find something that works for my skin! if what you're using now works, i would stick with it :) when i started using the pimple pads, i used them every day, morning and night. i did not use any other bha or aha products during this time! before, i was using the aloe benton bha toner every day and even though it's very gentle, when i accidentally combined the two, my face was red the next day. if i had a big pimple, i would use my aha power liquid on my breakout then use the cosrx pimple pad or my bha toner on the other parts of my face. if i used a facial scrub mask, i wouldn't use any other exfoliating product (bha/aha/vitamin c/etc)! just gentle products afterwards. i have not tried the low ph morning cleanser but i think the more gentle the cleanser, the better! i use a very gentle cream cleanser... but i am not a dermatologist! again, if what you're doing now is working for you, i would keep doing it! :)

+Jo well thank you very much for your nice advice :) i am slowly venturing to a more heavy-weight AHA BHA treatment because i think my current routine hasn't been quite effective for fading my PIH (i also have a combi skin but not quite sensitive, albeit a little picky). while i am comfortable with my current acid toner (etude house wonder pore freshner), i do think it does NOTHING to me. yes it is a good toner, and a low PH one, but unfortunately it just what it is named of - a freshener (well at least for me). so i've been eyeing for cosrx pimple pads to replace my current wonder pore toner for months. but, just like my skin, i am very picky and still can't decide what to buy LOL oh and while we're on it, can anyone recommend a good but affordable acid toner? i'm running out of my toner anyway, so might as well search for a new one :)

i found that after a couple of weeks of the pimple pads, my pigmentation lightened! but it has taken a couple of months for initial pigmentation to go away. however, i think your skin naturally renews itself every month anyway! i think too much exfoliation might make pigmentation worse too so keep that in mind. anyway, if you end up using cosrx pimple pads, i really hope they work for you! they have saved my skin :) good luck!!

I just want to say for people who worry about stearic acid is that I often find if it's a cleanser product that you wash off it doesn't irritate my skin as much. If it's a product that's left on my skin all day then I definitely notice a difference but because it's not on the skin for very long it won't be as bad. Not saying this as a guarantee that your skin won't react but it's less likely if you really want to try it.
