Those people are for a specific audiences and you’re not it…..There’s no drooling over knives😑They just appreciate well made good quality items. This is a mediocre edc and it could be better honestly.

@@GadgetsGearCoffee I'm boogie lol..... Another EDC item i swear by is a good flashlight. I know all phones have'm now... but I like to have a seperate one.... o-light mini is HELLA small and very bright... Another is wipes... because... well... i'm messy.

I have also experienced the neck fan life. What a game changer just actively cooling your neck even just with circulating air helps so much. Got 2 for 40 at Costco recently. Will upgrade to one with a cooling fan at some point.

So glad I found your channel! The gum and bandaids are so real 😂 I also have the Slash blade. I am definitely buying the flatware set, I have been searching for a set and this is perfect. The Loop earplugs have also been on my list.

The flatware is sooooo key, I love it every time I use it and never forget it :D glad that helped. Hope you subscribe and stick around. I tried to link smaller first aid kits but couldn't find any available for sale :\ I usually make my own re-using containers I have or Altoid cans but a band aid in a wallet is the most basic easiest minimal thing!

Hi. Actually we have many things in common on our loadouts. Althogh I hava a lot more stuff I carry around because I feel that every time I run in a situation where I don't have what I need on me, I NEED to incorporate that thing in case the same happens to me in the future. So that led me to carry a slight larger bag, these days is the Tumi Alpha Bravo Higgins. It's heavy and a little bit cumbersome but ultimately gives me peace of mind to feel I have with me what I believe I'll be needing when I head out. By the way, I'm also known as the gadget king where I'm from, it's kind of a running joke among my family, friends and co-workers. Great video!

I would recommend a key organizer. That’s my number one thing that I cant be without and is such a great item. Hate a bunch of keys that jingle and create a bulge in my bag or pocket.

Great video love your energy my EDC always is been a Swiss Army knife carrier since I was a kid always my phone small first aid and fingernail clippers at minimum

you have a phone first aid kit? I need explanations for that one ha. Fingernail clipper is a good one! One of my bags (the big beige one) has a nailclipper in the front pocket as at the time it was my only backpack, my black one doesn't have one though, hmmmm I think I have an extra I can throw in there. Do you use your swim army knife often to have it as an EDC? For what? Is it a big one? There are some that have like 4 tools and then others that are the size of your hand lol

@@GadgetsGearCoffee my favorite is cyber tool with the bit drivers. Just recently got a custom made with the compact which is great smaller with knife and scissors then the driver kit was added.

@@JonCross ah yes, I tried to find even smaller first aid kids online but couldn't find anything, I usually just re-use tiny pouches I kept from other products and put just a few basics in there for the most minimal set up and am able to have it in every bag

I got the Alpaka Metro after your video actually. Agreed, the main zipper on the Alpaka is a bit annoying, but the bag is great bc it forces me not to overpack and holds MBP, iPad, and a notebook perfectly 😃 Would love to see you review the new Larq PureVis 2 water bottle actually! ✌️

I'm currently rocking one of the ALPAKA v2 modular phone slings as my edc--pen loop holds my bike key and keys, wallet pocket holds my work ID and my Samsung S21 fits in it just fine. I've been trying to go as mini as possible these days but its hard since phones are so big that I can't really find clothes with pockets that fit everything I need.

ya my phone is an S22 and some people ask me why I went with such a "small phone" and I said hm no this is the size of phones for a while, it's that they released other ones and no thanks, way too big, I have a laptop for anything I need with screen real estate + I'm trying to stay off my phone as much as possible not be on it more

me neither lol with some of those hot days, it's really necessary, I did pre-face it wouldn't be a SEXY EDC necessarily so I did deliver haha. Curious to know what pen you'll go with, I've looked into those Bolt pens too (a company even reached out for me to review but I declined) but after reading reviews determined it wasn't for me

Ok so my edc has evolved a bit. And depends on what Im doing on any given day. My lite carry, is a usbc pen light with uv option. My keys are a 2014 E350 delivery van I am traveling in. On those keys are an emergency window breaker. A write in rain pen keychain. A usbc keychain light in ti. a field notes expedition notebook. Bubble gum. A TQ. A booboo kit. Wallets from alpaka. Allows me to have a pocket knife slide into side of wallet. Phone is s24, but use an old s10 which is usbc, as a music player. Have a miscro sd card, 1tb. Have music on there for gym. So doesnt drain my actual phone. So old phone is for music hahaha. I dont like to stream stuff.

Nothing "niche" about it, it is very different for each of us, but "niche" it is not. From carrying pen and paper to a full tactical load out we all EDC to some degree!

@@weird1ish truth but rather searching for EDC or the KZbin version of it, as a category. Niche: a specialized segment of the market for a particular kind of product or service.
