I pulled the trigger on LMU a few days ago and what I'm most impressed about, aside from the car feel, is the seamless experience, almost reverse of rF2. The configuration was very straightforward and I could hop into online races with splits and full grids basically immediately. People are sleeping on LMU and this whole early access DLC debacle seems more like a hate campaign than actual issue. The value of the base product is great and the DLCs are optional. Personally I enjoy the LMP2 the most at the moment. The lightest car in the game with plenty of aero, and you can feel it around the corners.

Yes, the sim is great, it really is. There are some bugs, and the developers have been incredibly open and transparent with the fixes. A lot of people hate on the DLC launches, but the financial situation at Motorsport Games is very grim. So, if this title is to survive, the DLC was needed for some cash generation.
