These are different arfoires Arfoire in anime is just a witch who wants to take over the world, she is not a DoS She is based on Ultradimension Arfoire (Victory) rather than other ones

After about half of Planeptune is destroyed and all the CPUs out of Share energy, Rei Ryghts is STILL going. I admire her tenacity, But I'm concerned about the whole "being a bit on the crazy side" part along with that persistence.

@@mrbuttocks6772 the anime and Victory take place in different dimensions where Arfoire is weaker. Arfoire in the hyperdimension was destroyed in MK2. I just find it funny how much she was nerfed between universes.

I find the end of the Rei fight pretty anti-climatic. It just feels like there could have been a little more. My idea: Rei is powering back up and the goddesses are still down and out but Neptune herself in her untransformed state stands back up, Neptune isn't one to just quit when she can still stand. Blanc gets an idea, if Rei was able to steal their power, what says that they can't willingly give it over so she calls out to the other goddesses to give what power they have left to Neptune and seeing as they have no other option, they do so. This results in Neptune being able to power back up into Purple Heart for one final clash with Rei. The two trade blows for a while and seem to be on even footing until Arfoire shows up and does what she does in the original scene. But this fails to outright drain Rei but it does disrupt her focus long enough for Purple Heart to end this once and for all using Neptune Break which beats down Rei and reverts her to her normal self.
