Do you think there is a place now for dextrose ?? It doesn't cause wrincks encephalopathy ?? If SODIUM IS NORMAL??

You said phenergan is part of the first choice . And peridoxine no longer used but phenergan cause drowsiness which make them vomit more . Most of the patients were / are happy with metocloperamide they hate the hypnosis of the phenergan
