Anyone with palmar hyperhidrosis should try RA Fischer's Iontophoresis device. I've been using it for 3 years now and It's really effective. I used it everyday for a week at the beginning, then 3x a week after that for maintenance. It's about $675 but my insurance covered it. Also, their customer service is fantastic, you will never have a problem If you need any repairs in the future. PM me if you have any questions.

Incorrect! My hyperhydrosis is global. It is massive! It has destroyed my skin and hair, and my life for over 11 years. Head to toe. Have been hospitalized for dehydration because of it. Oxybutin and clonadine for many, many years. My machine runs much lower. This condition is due from RSD, and even more disturbing conditions. I would like to know why? Why? Have you after 11 years, have no answer? Waking up in hospital beds soaked to the metal. I eat fruit and vegetables all day long. I have a very, very clean diet. What happened in the dental surgery!?

Susan Mccormick That's can be like curse I fell sorry for you mine hh is only connected with palms, arm pits and feets in most situations. It's could be hard to deal with. Sometimes I am wondering how would my life look like without it but then I thought about diseases that I would can have and I think we just need to let go some things or at least try to...

I totally agree with all your facts, but diet doesnt really impact Hyperhidrosis to the point where you will stop sweating, avoiding these foods really are for everyone to prevent sweating. Hyperhidrosis is Genetic, and no matter if your fat, skinny, overweight you still going to sweat with this genetic disdorder.

If you have hyperhydrosis problem with your armpits try "solutio antisudorica". You should shave your armpits regularly. I used solutio every second day three weeks long then now I use "exodor" product every second day. That is how my sweating was normalized. I bought these products in Hungary and I don't know if they can be bought anywhere else.

Maybe the chemistries can order these products.

I can understand your skepticism. There are many degrees of hyperhidrosis. Yes, I have gone through periods of my life where sweating was at its worst. Fortunately, I've found strategies that do work well. I'm sorry you haven't reached a successful treatment plan up until this point. By no means though, should you ever give up or stop looking for that one solution out there that will help you. I hope you find it. Thanks for your comment!

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR ADVICE! I will give this a try and see if it works. I will post in a month my feedback. I had no idea why my feet started sweating to much so quickly, but I did notice Ive been eating WAY too much spicy food lately and mot drinking enough water. I understand now!

This was really helpfull, because i'm assuming he has hyperhidrosis, so he talks to you normally, on the very rare oucassion that someone understands why they sweat, and shakes my hand without wiping there hands on there pants, it makes you feel good inside.

@Lars1540 So if you have an important thing that requires you to be at your best, then avoid foods which irritate your condition. If you want to swear about it, you have no one but yourself to blame. So save your swearing for the mirror. I have the condition too. There are times I eat what I want but I eat what I should most of the time which only goes to prove what he is saying. Eating a vegan diet is easier on the digestion and does the most to overcome the tendencies to drink.

Yes. You need to have a healthy amount of food everyday. At least one banana or apple a day, milk/orange juice, lunch time can be a sandwich with wheat bread, dinner has lots of choices. Just make sure that all your food avoids garlic and onions, and doesn't contain a large amount of caffeine. Good luck!

This diet is not working for global hyperhydrosis. Nope! Nothing to due. I have a very clean diet. Now, the medical treatment will not! Allow me treatment because I’m now disabled because of it! This video is not! Helpful. 11 years, and never good sleep because the powers that think they be, even controlled if! And no! You are not! Allowed to seek proper medical care. Of course everyone needs a proper diet. Try on living on total healing foods and this guy has no answers.

Great info, making the excess sweating stop within 2 days was so much more than I expected, I went with what I talked about last week and after the first day or so I was very surprised to start feeling much more comfortable and dry! I went ahead and go'ogled the latest by Cynthia Yulesin and after 72 hours I now sweat like a “normal” person lol
