What is your take on the longevity of the Aces components? Any better/worse than competitors? The separate ecu in my mind is a big win, just a little worried if parts will be available 5 years from now when I maybe need it…

I have been going about two years on my first killshot. I have the new gps HH and the newer ecu but still using the same pre boost reference port. I did not have to change the hh or the ecu as it was running fine I just got the opportunity to do so.

I am putting a Killshot on a new rebuild 455 olds. There is no Aces distributor for olds right now. They told me a Hyperspark will work but Hyperspark uses Hall Effect and the Killshot does not. How do you integrate them? The tech team keeps referring me to this video but you don’t go over how you integrate it. Is it a direct wire or do I need an ignition box? Need help on this asap as the tech group has been spinning me in circles with no answers for months.

Three wires. 12v switched goes to v-main ground goes to the head signal wires goes to tech in grey wire. In the wizard it is input as cdi. The white points wire goes out to the cdi box to trigger it. I think it is a white wire as well on the hyperspark.

What's the key to hook it up to there cdi? And what wires need hooked up to the distributor? Thanks

The rpm signal comes from the hall effect dizzy then from the aces unit you hook the points output wire to the white wire on your cdi box. For timing control. I smell a future video.

Awesome thanks for uploading this video, i can go back to it if i forget for the next system i install. Just one tiny question... In the handheld i had to set it as cdi ignition for it to read rpm and send spark, is that correct?

Sure is boss. The dizzy puts out a 12v square wave and the system reads them as a cdi tach signal.
