Hello friends myself Dr Nagendra Singh thalor Cardiologist at sikar
Today I wants to share some points on hypertension. Hypertension is a silent killer because even your bp is high you have hypertension you doesn't feel any symptoms. This high bp damaged your organs like blood vessels, heart, brain , eyes, kidney etc
High BP damage blood vessels make them rigid and thick and your heart needs to do extra work to pump out blood . This in long time leads to heart failure, sudden death, heart attack, arrhythmia etc
So it's very important to measure your bp regularly or once in year
If your bp is high than control it and live longer healthy life
To control high bp medicine is available like acei, arb, b blockers, calcium channel blockers, Diuretic etc
Non Medicine methods are also effective to control high bp like stop tobacco, smoking, alcohol, keep bodyweight in control, do regular exercise, avoid stress, take regular 7-8hour sleep etc
So on this world hypertension day you should check your bp , if high control it and live a healthy life

Sir meri age 27 hain or mene 5 bar ecg karwa loya normal ata h echo krwa liya vobhi normal h lipid profile test bhi karwa liya vobhi normal h bp bhi meri 110/78 rheti h to sir muje jana h muje heart k liye or test karwane chachiye qki muje left side koi halka sa bhi pain hota h to muje tension ho jati h to plzz sir suggest me muje or test karwane chachiye kya ?

LAHB may present in normal person so if your heart is normal structurally and functionally than no issues

.i want to convey that i having chest pain especially in the evening or when I get strees since 7 months and even shoulder pain In left and arm too i have done 15 ECG ,2 echo and 1 tmt and all are normal. My age is 25. I m having acidity anxity,blury vision in evening, and always in a fear that i ll have a heart attack or arrest.i m beliving all reports consulted 3 cardiologist all told no issue.but one thing can i have cardiac arrest or attack in a healthy heart. my ef in echo is 73% and tmt reports Tate's 98 percent achieved heart target rate and Mets is 10.7 with good stress response written.Sir what is the real cause of pain please help?

As your reports are normal so your heart is healthy Main reason is anxiety, tension So be relax do regular exercise, take healthy diet, take good sleep, Do yoga n meditation and don't think about heart attack or arrest, think Postive and follow healthy lifestyle

Your reports shows aneurysmal septum with OS asd so baby is 2 month old you can wait Repeat echo after 3 month

Sir lvh agar hypertension ke karan hua hh to aap ye bataye aapne patient ka experience dekh ke ki kitne din dawai khane ke baad lvh normal ho jata hai ,kyun ki aap to lvh ko normal hote hue dekhe hoenge to ek time batane ka kast kare sir plz🙏

With proper control of blood pressure and lifestyle changes LVH start to regress 3-6 months
