Joe, I would love to hear your thoughts and your opinion about the split from Dorian Yates for natural lifters, regarding frequency, volume, intensivness, intensity, especially if one set to all out failure, not beyond, for each exercise is enough when the volume is not that high. A video would be awesome. I appreciate you
@tommyAndechs4 ай бұрын
I would be super interested to hear about this too
@manuelsiegelin39974 ай бұрын
according to many experts you need higher frequency as a natural, at least twice per week but maybe Joe can clarify if this split works for nattys
@ryanrogers82114 ай бұрын
Try it out and see if it produces good results for you. After a few months 3-6, then reevaluate things and if you want try higher frequency.
@movestattoo45614 ай бұрын
@@ryanrogers8211exactly. I don’t know why people are so eager to hear everything from someone else when they don’t know you. Bodybuilding/building muscle is a marathon and a few months of seeing what works for you individually is the best way to get results.

Enjoying the Dorian Yates content, thanks! As far as future videos, what happened to the rebuild series? In addition how about some home gym oriented videos (not just rebuild)?

The triceps pushdown/press variation is probably my favorite tricep movement. It’s surprisingly easy on the elbows and creates a massive stimulus. Especially with if you push your elbows back at the top stretch
@mab9634 ай бұрын
Absolutely love this series! Quick question on the shrugs: To hit the upper traps, couldn´t you do a slightly bent over bb shrug with a very wide grip (like snatch width grip) for that?

Labrada does do lying dumbbell tricep extensions FYI. Interesting points about the elbow path on barbell skullcrushers not something I thought about ever. I assume he does the dumbbell lying tricep extension because the elbows basically don’t have any flare and are pretty much stacked in line with the movement. I think i’ll ditch barbell and only do the dumbbell variant

♠️All pros train with “ bad form” and all have exercises that make no sense or have movements that are easy to critique. So learn and hear them all out but never listen to a single one. BODY BUILDING IS PERSONAL.
