I'm used to use documentaries to fall asleep. But this pays off much better!!!. Helps Complete the cleaning circle of healthy sleep:no abrupt waking, no memories of it. Sure being half -conscious is great and helps to develop our dream/mental abilities. But when nowadays dates, routine or stress comes,(sp. On sundays) let's leave this on, The whole night; so that the magic we create never stop(some cultures believe these energy can somatize into 'tulpa beings' ) goodnight beautiful soul(s) 🍵

I don’t generally like positive affirmations because they have a low chance of resonating with where people are actually at. But the way you did it here was different than the way most people do it. You worked people into a state of love first, and then the affirmations actually did resonate with that state of love! I’ve been listening to hypnosis videos on KZbin since the beginning of KZbin. Never had a dream with my grandmother who I always believed didn’t love me and in my dream I wanted to buy a Xmas gift for her and it was so important! I woke up thinking maybe I never understood her and she was just tired! Thank you!!!! On my way to healing!!!

This is my favorite channel to fall asleep to but I have been needing hypnosis videos about wealth/abundance lately. I'm a woman on a mission. If you could make one, I would be soooo grateful. The other videos are good, but they aren't you my friend. I miss steviejo! Thank you for all you do. ❤️

Perfect timing. My brain is behaving itself for once but my poor body is definitely not. Chronic pain sucks as it is, even being used to it. Adding a back sprain to that just adds a special kind of suck. I'm looking forward to listening to this later. Sleeping and basically moving is a challenge.

I find this absolutely brilliant! Going through tough treatment at the moment and side effects mean I wake up about 3am. I put this on and fall into a deep deep sleep. Helping me so much, thank you so much 🙏

This is very nice! Im so glad youtube reffer3d me to you. Ty for making it. Any chance you could do a healthy eating/exercise one? That would be wonderful! I would be so grateful ❤ and I'd share it with everyone I know. It's a hard area everyone struggles with. I think it would end up being beneficial to many people. I listen before bed. Can put it on a loop and when I wake up in the morning will hopefully then feel great and want to exercise and have a healthy breakfast. Fingers crossed 🤞 thank you again! Hello Mandy, I apologize for just now getting back to you. I hope my video helped you find that relaxing and healing sleep you so much deserve. When it gets difficult to fall asleep there are a few things that one can do to help body and mind find that relaxation. Please do not eat anything before going to bed because it will sit in your stomach for a few hours then while you want to sleep start slowly digesting the food which will cause you to be restless during sleep , another thing is please do not drink any caffeine drinks , coffee or alcohol because that will keep your mind alert and that we don´t want and one of the most important thing is to stop thinking..by that I mean we all have thoughts that robs us of sleep such as problems that one might have or upcomimg events you are worried about etc. but please try to put those thoughts into a drawer or chest somewhere where you can get them back out in the morning with fresh thoughts and a relaxing sleep..thoughts and solutions will come much easier doing this and nothing gets over taking it step by step and not rushing things. We tend to do that which puts us under stress that with time causes depression and anxiety to come. NOPE! I love your videos, so please PLEASE don't take this the wrong way.... but I can't do this one... I have no idea why, but this particular video has made my sensitivity to spirit, or my beacon status I've been told I have flare uncontrollably & landed me in the direct opposite of relaxation... this is usually NOT what I experience through your videos!!! Though my body is actually overheated through age & illness, I found myself needing to burrow deeper into heavy blankets to stave off the cold winds that kicked up surrounding me from all directions - including those that wind should not come from! I felt heavily watched & surrounded... even feeling a child like need to wrap my feet heavily in the blankets & pull them in to the center of my bed to keep "cold dead hands" from being able to grab them... I didn't even make it to 14 minutes of this before I had to stop it... surprisingly, when I did... my emotions leveled out, the watched feeling is gone, my wall is no longer generating cold wind & though all my lights are still off in my darkened room, my trepidation is nearly fully vanished in an instant. I have no clue why this happened, I've experienced spirits my entire life, nearly 43 yrs on this planet & never had my nerves frey like that... just wanted to share that experience with you... I am at a loss to explain it... I will find another session video that I know is safe for me, please continue to do the good work you do! Blessings.
