oh my god, so glad I found it again. I first heard this meditation on Alexa and thought this is "the one" I need. I listened to it for 2 days and it already made me feel better, stronger. Then suddenly Alexa played another guided meditation:-( I desperately looked and luckily find it back:-) Why I love this one so much.
