i was looking for ambience sounds that just capture this feeling i remember obsessing over the ps 2 startup sound since i was a child and it was so different than anything i had imagine to ever be able to hear and finally over 17 years later i found my people, if does not have to be that deep but i am so grateful

A few years ago I heard the PS2 start up sound for what must have been the first time in 10-15 years and the wave of emotional was incredible, I have never felt anything like it. It was more than nostalgic, because for a brief moment all the emotions the PS2 used to make feel came flooding back. It really was otherworldly.

In memory of my uncle who passed away this year, he bought me ps2 in 2004 with GTA San Andreas, I was 12 YO back then. This song compilation woke me up very strong memories with him and also ps2 gaming from that period and I can definitely say it was a golden period of my life. 😢😢😢 ❤❤❤
