Hypnosis will be able to help but to forget all about and to calm it, I recommend doing what makes You happy and keeps you calm to clear anxiety. I suffer anxiety and this advice helped me alot

4:11 - Interesting. The one on the left is more "physical/literal" and on the right more "emotional/inferential". The one on the right said, "They feel better". The one on the left said, "They feel so like pressed into the ground" -- using words to describe stuff. 6:00 The whole forgetting the name thing is also interesting with easy on left, but difficult on the right. 6:33 - See how with the one on the right he communicated about "imagine I was reaching in and taking your name" -- she listens inferentially. 6:50 - he's really good.... 12:30 - one on left is using words to figure this out. the one on the right wants to "touch her" to make sure she's real. 18:09 - Definite EMO on the right!!! Of course -- I'm watching these videos from a different perspective, but this is really informative to watch. Zach is really talented. I love the way he blends in some positive life behavior change stuff as well, so it's not just about having fun.

Would've been interesting to have seen if "giving" the hypnosis power to one of them would have made it stronger. Take the distraction/energy of the sister and harness ot to deepen the suggestion. Try to hypnotizing people and switch their bodies and souls so they think they are like for example, 1 becomes 2 and 2 becomes 1. If you do that, that would an amazing hypnotizing ever ♥️.

People can’t fully control you through hypnosis. It’s just that you’re focused on something and as long as you have consent to be hypnotized. Any idea will pass through your mind that you are okay with doing. Your mind will do it.
