It's basic psychology. People want attention. They don't want to look like a fool in front of others. And they also don't want to be the cause of someone else's embarrassment. So this act is a two way street where both individuals are performing for attention and to create the mystique that control over someone's free will is possible.

@@jmart1393 That's not really how it works. Partially yes but it's not like they "act" in a way to avoid embarassment it's more like the subconsciousness tricks them to see these things. Why can they see it? Because they are in a dream state. Kinda like a Daydream that shifts into reality. It's kinda like playing pokemon go. The hypnotist is your device and when you look through the screen (the induction) you see pokemon appearing in the wild. It's not real but it is.

Zac my man you gotta ask what their experience was like for the suggestions so we can understand the state more, for example what was she really experiencing during the celebrity one and how would she describe her awareness as she was being suggested to during the trance and why do all of them display amnesia as soon as they awaken, as in are they aware you are the one who put the celebrity suggestion in their head during the experience of meeting them, thanks you're a great entertainer but a bit more on the end show interview would be really useful also it seems you do the same suggestions every show and they always work even the hallucination ones does that mean every person you find is of the highly suggestible group?

I get that she has to be willing to be hypnotised but when she sings “ I don’t know why I’m singing” that shows she is consciously aware that she is singing. Since she needs to be willing, and she’s aware and conscious, that suggests to me that her experience is under her control. Sadly this means she can control when she stops and starts. Logically this suggests this could be faked.

I would have to be hypnotised myself and videoed doing something silly as proof for me to believe in this. This girl could simply be willingly playing along because she doesn’t want to ruin this guys video? A video of someone else playing along is about as convincing as watching another UFO video. It could easily be faked. Occamd razor - the simplest explanation is usually correct. If I was personally hypnotised, only then would i know what’s going on in my own mind. How amazing it would be if I was shown a video of myself doing something bizarre. But I would then know whether it is simply overcoming psychological inhibitions to do things I normally would not do, or if it is genuinely subconscious where I am doing a bizarre act with no awareness. I would love to experience the latter.
