54 year old clydesdale here. Thanks for the video man! I am doing carnivore diet and find no energy dips training, but no where near your level of output. We shall see later next year at my first Hyrox! I'm adding bike and the EMOMs for sure.

Good stuff as always....I'm no "bulk pony" but I'm not definitely a thin runner, and as you mentioned, whenever I attempt to increase my run volume too much I get the injuries, I'll be doing more cycling for sure.

A small correction regarding egg white and egg yolk: Egg yolk contains more protein than egg white because it consists of approximately 50% water, 32% fat and 15% protein. Egg whites, on the other hand, consist of about 90% water and only 10% protein. These 10% also contain sugar and minerals. However, as an egg contains more egg white, the proteins are roughly equally distributed.

Good stuff bro, just did my first Hyrox in Dallas. I felt great going into burpees but they blew me up. After that station my calves started cramping extremely bad. Current weight 238 solid. Any products you recommend we take going into a race to help prevent cramps to go along with your hydration product? Thanks for the video.
