Men why you are not straight forward and say it loud that if you want to speak about international best time then they have to make the fucking same race everywhere and stop those bulshit. Exactly the same plan, same disposition, same dimensions. Because to me you guys were faster than the world record. If they make it right and similar every time this race can even be promoted for the Olympiques game. I hope Christian is going to read this and open his eyes. Great performance 💥

Not sure how feasible that is with their current venues, they would have to find the smallest venue and use that as a template for all the other venues, not using the walls and so on. Guess the only way to do it would be to move from current type of venues which seems to be convention centers and move to track and field arenas where you would have a 400 meter track and have the same inner field dimensions. But I don’t If every city where they want to be have indoor 400 meter halls?

Are those burpeed valid? after stepping up there is always an extra step and distance gain

I don't think a single burpee Hunter has ever done is valid. His hands move forward during his reps. Hunter can do what he wants... wear gloves, not stand up fully on reps. Hunter is a phenomenal athlete and cool ambassador for the sport. The judging standard in Hyrox are poor. Lots of it is done by volunteers. The higher ups cutting costs. The variation in between venues and their floor plans. The business model is based around marketing, Instagram fitness rather than making your mark as a sport. I still love it and I never say don't do Hyrox, but it is a long way off being an established sport.

​@@shaneroymitchelltotally agree. Also, I believe that the top athletes should strive to give the example when it comes to standards, specially when going for world records that are being filmed. It is even more stupid because they don't gain that much time, that's why I don't understand why they still do it. I believe Hunter has mentioned he's trying to improve the burpee form, and I've noticed it is better. But for his partner in the video, it really is absurd how he does the burpee.

I will try this way of burpee with a smaal extra step in 2 weeks at Hyrox Maastricht, Netherlands Europe…. Let s see what the referee says will say….😄🧐 Looks very wrong to me…. I did nt train it his way….
