Why take that second jump @0:17 if you're not going to get the gem/coin?

@mobus1603 because its faster in the sense that you get perfectly lines up for the 3 gems/coins on the first lap which is what makes it faster overall. Its not faster in the sense that the boost from the ramp is an overall net save. You have to take that right turn wide for the gems/coins so the ramp makes sense. Since you are cutting it hard right on the 2nd&3rd lap + you don't have to get the coins, taking the ramp in this case would be slower because its a slightly wider turn and harder to cut like in laps 2&3...overall its a time save. But on a per lap basis, I could see why you would think it's slower
