I bought if from local car mod market. There are plenty online, but I would recommend buying it from local vendor, also yes they are not the best that why buy which has apple carplay and android auto, so you can use full features.

No not much.. glare is same as how you get on a normal screen.. but I never faced any issues due to glare on this

Go to settings and you will find learn steering. There you can set it for back seat controls too

I bought it from Karol Bagh delhi.. but there are other options as well like aliexpress.. but yes try to get the one which has android auto and Apple car play integrated.
