How to reprogram after replacing the battery - 2014 Elantra...Dealership instructions read as follows"How to Program a Hyundai Key Fob Now that you’ve replaced your Hyundai key fob battery, follow these steps to program your key fob: Get inside of your Hyundai, and close all the doors. Using your key, turn your Hyundai to the “ACC” (accessory) position on your ignition. Hold the “open” or “unlock” button on the key fob until your car lights flashes." HOWEVER, How can I use the key to turn the car to ACC when there is NO Keyhole except for outside the car in the door??? Appreciate any help!

If you have the push to start ignition- it’s just pushing the button without your foot on the brake to get to ACC . ( like when you want to listen to the radio without starting the car)

@@stacydh7244 Thank you, Stacy. I hadn't ever done that in the car, and was unaware of that action being "ACC mode"...lol. Did end up getting this figured out, but at the time in my weariness, I was SO frustrated by this failure in the "instructions". Hope you and your loved ones are safe and well😊🙏🏽

What happens if that metal bracket that touches side of battery and the components that touches the flat side of battery broke off? Is it possible to fix it or might as well just pay for new one? I ask cu. These remotes aren't cheap anything more then 50 is expensive to me so if tape and a conductive wire can connect the battery to make the remote work that'd be great. Free rigged vs 200+ for remote and reprogramm...

Good video, I tested the old battery it was 3.01 volts and new was 3.24V but I imagine that is enough of a drop to not work?

Didn't break mine, you have to feel when too much PRESSURE, IS TOO MUCH. stop, reposition and do slowly. Worked for me fine.
