(No one will harass you) 2- Ground clearance 3- Boot space 4- AMT is cheaper to maintain 4 ways i20 is better: 1- Better stability and handling 2- More comfortable rear seat 3- Bose speaker with subwoofer in Asta variant 4- Smoother IVT transmission My choice i20

Exter has 6 airbags from base variant. I 20 Asta (o) only has 6 airbags. Rest of the i 20 has only 2 airbags. Deal breaker.
