Impressive numbers. I don't think 18 in city is possible with this engine. I too own nios sportz in Moderate to heavy traffic I'm getting only 10 to 12

Following a road accident I stopped driving completely for several years. Now my state of mind is like that of a person driving a car with hesitation and fear for the first time. Now I have decided to buy a car and I have shortlisted the Hyundai i10 Era and Tiago XM models which comes at the same price. Looking beyond the Tata's fit and finish & vibrations, the Tiago looks more planted and confident than the Hyundai. However, the videos of Tata's after sales complaints makes me hesitate to book the Tiago. Are there any other issues with tiago apart from service ? What is your opinion on which of these two cars to buy ? is that ok to book Tiago XM ph2 ?

Each has its own pros and cons. Go for swift if mileage and slightly powerful engine is your top priority. I10 nios is better in terms of rear seat space and comfort, better features, slightly better build quality and safety features when compared to swift. 1.2 Litre engine in i10 is well refined but not very fuel efficient compared to Suzuki's 1.2 L engine

Nope, I disagree.... It depends on how we drive, in Manual Transmission 17 - 19 kms solid on long drives if you rave up to 100+... In City of course 13 -15 kms. GSAuto is correct, on Mileage and engine smoothness... It is no lesser than i20... My POV & exp : Suspension is on smoother side, so it tucks down with 3 adults in the rear seat / loads in the trunk, which is a negative, also for lefr side cornoreing while parking, can't judge confidently is another minus... Otherwise it's a good value for money car with good ride comfort and quality and premium feel...
