TATA needs to improve a lot in terms of Service. Lot of Customer grievances are raised raising concerns over service. In terms of design TATA improved a lot. But you can't get all the Customers over design & safety only. Huge competition already in market.

ഞാൻ അഞ്ചു വർഷമായി ടാറ്റ Nexon diesel BS4 ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്ന ആളാണ് . വണ്ടിയെ പറ്റി പറയേണ്ടലോ . സൂപ്പർ വണ്ടി ആണ് . പിന്നെ സർവീസ്, ഈ പറയുന്ന പോലെ ഒന്നും പ്രശനം ഇല്ല. . ചെറിയ പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ ഒക്കെ ഊതി പെരുപ്പിച്ച പോലെ ആണ് വീഡിയയിലും കംമെന്റിലും കാണുന്നത്. ക്വാളിറ്റി കുറഞ്ഞ പ്രോഡക്ട് സ് മാർക്കറ്റിംഗ് ന്റെ ഗുണം കൊണ്ട് ഹിറ്റ് ആകാറുണ്ട് ....അതാണ് മാരുതി നല്ല കാർ തന്നാലും ഫോനിൽ വിളിച്ചു സുഖിപ്പിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ നമ്മൾ അംഗീകരിക്കില്ല . ടാറ്റായുടെ സർവീസ് തീർച്ചയായും മെച്ചപ്പെടണം . ഞാൻ അഞ്ചു വര്ഷം മുമ്പ് കാര് എടുക്കുമ്പോൾ സർവീസ് സെൻട്രൽ തിരക്കൊന്നുമില്ല.... ഇപ്പോൾ വണ്ടി ഒരുപാടായി....എപ്പോ അവിടെ ചെന്നാലും തിരക്കാണ് അവർക്കു... .പിന്നെ വർഷത്തിൽ ഒരു മേജർ സർവീസ് മാത്രം ...ഒരു ദിവസം മെനക്കെട്ടാലും അങ്ങ് സഹിക്കും കാരണം ഈ വിലക്ക് നല്ല വണ്ടിയാണ് ടാറ്റ തന്നത്... 15 വര്ഷം കൊണ്ട് 3 ഇരട്ടി ആണ് കേരളത്തിൽ വാഹനങ്ങൾ കൂടിയത് .ആളുകളുടെ rash ഡ്രൈവിങ്ങും കൂടി . നമ്മൾ നന്നായി വണ്ടി ഓടിച്ചാലും ഇങ്ങോട്ട് ഇടിച്ചു കേറുന്ന അവസ്ഥയാണ് . സർവീസ് ന്റെ ഇഷ്യൂ പറഞ്ഞു സേഫ്റ്റി ഉള്ള വണ്ടി ഒഴിവാക്കി മറ്റു substandard carukal എടുക്കുന്നത് മണ്ടത്തരമാണ് . Tata must increase the number of service centres and quality of staffs to handle the increasing needs. After sitting in the showroom for hours but later if they refuse to examine the car by lifting on the rack and only did a test ride to say it will take a day to fix the complaint. However in a private service center it took only an hour to rectify and fix the problem. Authorised service center even cant complete a regular booked service in the same day. Anyway the car is so good.

Still less faster than n line doesn't get rear disc brakes. The gearbox is a total waste since it's directly taken from the Nexon there's Power lag when switching to upper gears. And lastly the white stripes looks very odd i think they have inspired it from the viper or mustang but looks chapri 😅.
