Very helpful to see what's behind the bumper, and how to remove it. I'm looking to mount a LED light bar on a bracket that's held in place by the number plate bolts, but these just screw into the plastic bumper and the assembly will vibrate, as it isn't very rigid. Now I can see there's a steel brace bar behind the plastic bumper, so I can remove the bumper, drill some holes in the steel brace bar and fit some 6mm rivnuts to give me a good, solid mounting for the light bar and the number plate that won't let the light bar vibrate. (I've also been told that there's styrofoam between the bumper and the brace bar - I'll fit a couple of 12mm steel tubes thru the styrofoam to prevent the mounting bolts from crushing the styrofoam and letting the bar vibrate after a while.)
