Though I am driving exclusively in ECO mode and use the I-Pedal as much as possible. I watched in 4K on a 65 inch LG OLED C9, I think I noticed really nice sharpness and contrast in the image. The contours in the vehicle trim and interior were well defined with shadows etc. There was a really nice depth of field at the beginning with the buildings and field in the back. Colors at times (green) seemed over saturated, makes me think not an iPhone. Did you change from smartphone to a point and shoot like Sony ZV-1F or Canon Powershot SX740?? Overall I love what Hyundai has been doing. I’d prefer the Ioniq 5 limited given hatchback and rear space. But the sporty look of the 6 is amazing.

Overall the video looks smoother so maybe action mode is my only guess, if it’s not a new camera. I wouldn’t put it past the channel to still put iPhone 14 Pro in the description even if this is the first time being shot with a new camera while asking viewers if they notice a difference. @@mrbrandonoldham I doubt he would just lie to his audience like that. If Marques says "Shot on an iPhone" then it was shot on an iPhone. What he may have done is increase the amount of editing that goes into these videos. Maybe he's doing more sharpening, color corrections etc in post-production. And I actually do think, especially the selfie shots giveaway that this is almost certainly on a phone. The blur does look quite artificial imo. Also around 1:20, when his hand appears, if you pause, you will see some weird blurring artefacts that I don't think you would see with a decent actual camera. And...If you look in the rear view mirror at 6:58...There you have it. He does seem to have a gimbal device holding it steady, but it's definitely not a camera.

The audio quality is significantly better than before, thank you! As for choosing between IONIQ 5 vs 6, for me, I'd say depends what your needs are: more space and practicality? IONIQ 5. Don't need a crossover/SUV body style and want a Porsche-like body style sedan? IONIQ 6. Plus the IONIQ 5 doesn't seem to have the issue of the rear glass getting all mucked up due to the lack of a wiper like the IONIQ 5. Bad thing about the IONIQ 6 that I can see? Insane/ridiculous price gouging/markups from dealers. Lastly, no federal tax credits for either one.
@segfault_000 Жыл бұрын
No markups in my area for either so I guess it depends. Hyundai is offering the 7500 in the form of a lease incentive (they get the tax credit and pass it on) since leases have none of the consumer requirements for the credit.

Owner of an Ioniq 5 here. I wouldn’t trade my EV with ANY other car. I love the space and the ride comfort of my vehicle without compromising for outlandish kWh. I have been noticing that my consumption is in the neighborhood of 4.0/4.2 kWh, and I get MORE mileage than what Hyundai predicted. The real issue of EVs is not the range, but the infrastructure accessibility to charge it. Electrify America has plenty of chargers here where I live, but most of them are out of service since there are no people who fix them. I have spoken with a maintenance person from EA and he told me that he is 1 of 2 people who repair in a 400 mile radius. It’s not a problem for me since I charge my Ioniq 5 at home, but it has been challenging to trust the grid while doing longer trips. Going back to the car, I have never been a fan of sedans, however, if you are in the market to change yours, I EXTREMELY recommend going electric. You will never drive a gas powered vehicle. At least I will never.

Not to mention I hardly hear any tax credits or rebates with this car, vs what you could save if you went with the more established Model 3.

Couple of the reasons why: style of the 6 over 5 we liked a little more, being able to get the 6 before the 5, for us, was big (we've been waiting since October 22), and we felt we would lose a little space in the trunk of the 6 vs 5, but we were ok with that.
