Did you fix it? *i have code p0014 and i already replaced full timing chain brand new, new vvt solenoid, new oil pump, swapped whole exhaust camshaft with gear, changed new oil and oil filter, and still code keeps coming up... car runs good and no rattling sound HELP!!*

@@wise_soul8886 nope did the exact same thing. Months later the engine ate itself. I think it has something to do with the ecm, or the sprocket on the crankshaft(like the bmw s55 sprocket issues) but idk exactly what happened, and no shop has been able to fix it. I will say it helps to have a scanner that can engage and disengage components. I would have someone make sure alll of your solenoids and cam sensors are engaging as they should… but even so youll probably still get the code… i guess if all else fails just get a tuner to disengage the vvt… or remove the vvt.

@@HandMadeRoyalty fuck fact is that its not even my car. Its a customers car. I rebuilt the entire engine and the code came up, ive done so many things to it and cleaned/replaced sensors and wires and fuses and still nothing*

@@wise_soul8886 well that sucks… yeah only thing i can think of is changing that sprocket with a new sprocket and making sure the timing is right.
