Sonata might have more features and better build quality,but it lacks big time, in its driving mechanics, handling, accelration and road grip. too much body roll, lazy steering, and weak acceleration even of the 2.5 variant. Civic although lacks in features and build quality as compared to Sonata, but it suffices enough with it's sharp steering, great road grip on both low and high and immense driving pleasure. and this is the reason, i prefer a Civic over a Sonata, bcz more power and driving pleasure. P.S. Civic RS 11tu gen also has Autonomous Emergency Braking, lane keep assist and lane departure warning, something that Sonata doesn't have.

U sure these both cars have the same price tag?? in my knowledge Sonata’s current invoice is 1.20 crores + Registration cost is much more than Civic bcz of 2500cc engine while Civic’s invoice is 103 lacs

Civic RS current price is 102 lacs with registration while Sonata 2.5 price is 119 lacs with registration so almost 17 lacs difference is there. But One Who can effort Sonata 2.5 go for it,its a different Class, Segment and so better in Quality, just do a test drive of both for better Opinion,you will love Sonata 2.5.

biased review in my opinion, i have driven both cars, sonata and civicfeel almost the same in built quality, sonata looks bigger from the outside, however it has same interior space as civic, sonata has much less control, more body roll, and suspension worse than civic, but its paint quality is much more superior.

yes Civic ki market bohat strong hai. as compared to elantra and sonata. After City and Corolla, Civic bhi bohat jaldi or achi price may sale ho jati hai. I had 3 civic x and after posting add, they were sold in mere 3 days.

idk what exactly do you refer to as "class" i have driven both cars, civic drives much better, sonata is good but doesnt offer much driving pleasure.

@@LoverBoy-hl7rz true, but here people are always on a roll about sonata and it's buld quality, it's features and it's feel. very few actually mention it's drive and driving dynamics. Civic has a much more refined driving experience, better handling stability, road grip and ample performance for a car of this size. Sonata has okay accelration even for the 2,5 variant, lazy steering and okay brakes, very noticeable bodyroll and generally less stable then civic. Elantra has more stability and road grip then sonata. had Hyundai nailed all these in Sonata, it would have been comparable to that of Accord. but no as good as it is in every thing it lacks in the most important deciding factor for me, the over all drive.

@@minaco2772 build quality of sonata is not great (slightly better than civic) but the cheap door plastics bring down it's value by a lot. Also poor tyres are a big disappointment.

​@@xeeshan5279Stop lying. I had Sonata 2.5 and RS civic. I drive cars in polite way. My Sonata gaves me average around 7to8 k.m in city and in highway Sonata gaves me average around 12to13. WHILE CIVIC RS gave me average in city around 1 to 11.5 k.m and in highway it gaves me average around 15to17.5 k.m
