I own a Hyundai Santa Fe 2007 my keyless entry had a bad battery in it I took the battery out replaced it with a new one and now it doesn't even want to lock my doors or unlock my doors or the panic button doesn't even work I don't know how much a dealership would cost to reprogram it have any idea?

2007 hyanduai Sante I need to program a new keyless entry fob. I bought a ELM327 OBD2 adapter but what app allows you to program the fob??

Not sure if to program but at least to connect to it: Torque Pro, Torque Lite (free), OBD Car Doctor (free), etc.
