1-choose format, formal or informal 2- opening, the purpose of writing your email, body about 2 sentences to answer each point, by order; closing 3-connection words, phrasing words, try not to repeat your ideas; fancy words; complex sentences. within 25 minutes of checking all of the points which are listed above, it is definitely challenged. :(

@@jasmeenkaur2055 hey there, i literally did nothing besides watching his videos and follow them in my actual exam but i would recommend to try the practice exams because that would give you a better understanding of how actually things work there. I was running low on ideas in my speaking as I had no clue that it’s gonna be so quick and fast so yeah just follow him and try them. I hope u get your desired results. Best of luck..

When we are writing task 1 if we are reporting an accident, is it ok to use as a closing sentence " Please remedy the situation, as it is a time-sensitive matter? Or do you have another suggestion?

No. In that case, you can use. "If anything else is required of me to assist further in your investigation, feel free to reach out; nevertheless, I am certain the findings in this report will provide you all the necessary information."
