Spider-Man was my first platinum and Spider-Man 2 was my 50th. He’ll always hold a special place in my heart. 52 platinum’s down and just earned my 5,000th trophy this past Thursday night

I think it’s funny when people think the phrase platinum and 100% are synonymous. In most cases, you don’t have to 100% a game to achieve the platinum trophy.

Hogwarts Legacy for instance 100% and All Achievements are not quite the same thing. You only need to breed 10 beasts for 100% as opposed to 12 for All Achievements for example and only need to play one house for 100%. For All Achievements you need to play all four

I never thought about trophies until I got the PS5 and wanted to replay the previous Spider-Man games. It was my first ever platinum and the combo trophy, I discovered that when you leave one enemy alive, just keep webbing him up in the air 😂

BF3 was so amazing. I have the platinum in that game as well. Only need one of the DLC trophies which I should have gotten, but the trophy didn't pop. That trophy was part of the armored kill DLC. The one where you have to get a kill with a tank that has been launched from the drop ship.

congrats on the rainbow 6 siege plat! I remember grinding those stupid terrorist hunt trophies, like 100(!) defensive wins(which they changed a few years ago). Those were a real pain in the ass. All others came naturally since I used to play 5+ hours every day for years 😅. Haven‘t played in years, maybe I should revisit it.

I also very recently did the Immortals 100% and I agree with you, it was pretty boring aside from the Myths of the Eastern Realm one. I got bored and just started watching videos for the Gods trials so I could get through them as quick as possible. And traversal in that top down one was ASS. Especially getting up or around those damn mountains with no "stamina".

Lol with siege, i set my matchmaking to playstation only and went in texting everyone on the opposite team and asking them to let me farm them for trophies, like the claymore kills, nitro cell kills, and breach charge kills. it made my life alot easier

I always find it weird when people do trophies/ achievements just for the completion.... I always only play games that I enjoy running through and stay away from shovelware, I've done Mein Leben in Wolfenstein 2, the Halo Laso's, every Call of Duty, and a few other series. I just finished XCom 2, and have been working through Baldur's Gate 3, Slay the Spire, Lies of P, and Roboquest.

If you don't 100% cyberpunk when you like it, you are just rushing 3 hours trophies, despite cyberpunk being easy. I platinumed it on ps4 release. Don't be scared like all trophy hunters to wait for the perfect patch. It's been 3 years. It won't get better. Do it or is it too long with 20 hours, for your accumulated 3 hour platinum list with easy games? It takes more than 2 hours? Will not be finished.
