This is what I add for my clients. I am eligible for the I-131F and request that USCIS process and approve my application in a URGENT and expedited manner. I attest to the following information. I have been in the U.S. continuously from June 17, 2014, through June 17, 2014. My spouse is a U.S. Citizen and was a U.S. citizen on June 17, 2024. My spouse and I married on or before June 17, 2024. I entered the U.S. without inspection or legal documents. I am not a priority for ICE enforcement and have no disqualifying criminal history. I am a good person with strong roots in the U.S., and I want to contribute more meaningfully to this country. Approving my I-131F application would allow me to do that. Apart from the evidence submitted, I have provided multiple declarations to prove my physical presence in the U.S. to make the decision-making process more manageable. USCIS should approve it because it helps reunite families, which is important for keeping families strong and stable-a key value in U.S. immigration policy. I have met all the necessary requirements and provided enough evidence to show that my application follows U.S. immigration laws.

Thank you for the information you definitely answer some of my questions. I would love if you could make a video of how to apply for work permit and adjustment of status (green card) after receiving a 131F approval letter if they reopen the program in the future.

Probably extend until October 23 and hoping we can have clarification from the Judge after that.

So yesterday the application were pause till September 23.. but they haven’t said anything yet if they are still pause or not.. and if you file you won’t get your money back if the law gets removed

ok so what are we filling with I-131F is it the adjustment of status app also? I'm a little confuse when you said, you cant file together I-485 ?

@@Bbwdontcry you have to wait for the I-131f to be approved. Then you can file I-485. The approved I-131f establishes “status” so you can “adjust” to permanent residency.

So I have a question if 131f doesn’t reopened, if I do my i130 +i485 can I still get an work permit or do I have to wait for i130 to be approve or both?? And if I get the visa is it safe to go out of country without a parole?

Are they processing cases filed before the halt or is everything stopped including those who filled on the day they started taking applications?

You can still file. Immigration can still process them. However, they cannot approve them.
