@@sonialinsey8083I don't know why the f she's going to University to become a nurse. You can go to special nursing schools for that which are basically a trade school. And then you start making a lot more money and then you can easily get your RN a few years later. That's what I did. He said at some point he is not a good communicator (well, who is at 18...) and tries to become better with therapy. He sounds so mature and pleasant to be around, for an 18 year old. Yeah, this is a tough one. If both of them don’t really have much support, (forced marriage and parental abandonment). Then it’s just down to the 2 of them. If one of them goes to college, then the other will have to sacrifice a lot more in the short run for childcare. So I understand the resentment towards the other in that scenario. But I also understand wanting to go to college so that they can get a better life in the long run. There’s no good scenario here. It’s going to get worse than better. OP isn’t angry at her, just scared because he’s still a kid and has so much responsibility already, more than most adults. And is now about to have even more put on top of him. Edit: At least between the 2 of them, they have 1 parent. Shout out to OP’s dad for doing everything that’s he’s doing. And I’m glad they’ve gotten into a better situation.

OP's dad is the best, he is supporting them while at the same time teaching them to face their responsibilities. With his dad's help Tiffany will be able to complete her education and become a nurse. Having a baby so young doesn't have to destroy a young person's life if they have the support of a parent.

My GAWD!!! OP's Dad is killin' it at parenting! He really should be teaching some of, if not ALL the parenting classes where OP resides. Yes, these kids made a mistake. They aren't the first and CERTAINLY will NOT be the last. The way to approach their "situation" is first, and ONLY through LOVE and SUPPORT of these two budding young adults and how and where they see their lives going. It sure as Hell isn't some ABSURD, BARBARIC RITUAL believed truth from some crazy fictional book about some guy that "tooootally" walked on water, amoung other humorously, ridiculously tales. Thankfully, these guys.... this little family... they're going to be okay. Live your lives happy. Free..... and honestly steer clear of any religion. Words to live by.

Of course some of us listen to you twice a day. We'd listen to you all day if we could.

So Tiff's grandparents bought her a car she can't actually safely drive. What a gift!

I am 71. I forgot all about wooden swords till you shared your own childhood. WE, my brother, sister, and I, made wooden swords too. Nobody ever gave a second thought to bruises or smashed fingers, especally not me as I was the baby. 😂
