Not to mention the file was only $14. But.....$40 worth of resin and maybe 130 hours of print time.

I've had good luck with smaller parts, I thought this would be easy. It definitely stretched the limits of my small printer.

Very interesting. The shiny bits were still wet when you cured them. The wetness changes how the UV hits the resin and it ends up glossy. Auto supports are NOT your friends! Another tip, try to print with as fine a support as you can. then after you wash, but before you cure, run the parts under hot water from the tap. The supports break away a LOT cleaner and often leave very little to no clean up. Yes, auto supports do random things and support identical parts differently. I very often print spares om the same run and sometimes, even on the same run, copied and pasted with the exact same supports and settings, I get parts that print different.

Parts look God. I have no advice. I've horrible luck with my Saturn. Hope to get a Anycubic for Christmas. Fingers crossed. I'll be watching

That's is pretty cool.. On the other to bodies it would be cool to do that flying cars just like the movie..lol.

One od the bodies is almost unusable. So I might add it to the "junk yard" dio that I have planned.

Sweet print here, I wonder if Rays Kits decals might have some decals for the DeLorean? Worth a shot.

Good job. We do plenty of test prints at different angles and support before we get a to body we are happy with. We have an upcoming kit that the body was printed more than 10 times. Keep at it and your prints are bound to improve over time as you figure out your printer. How close is this to the kit Delorean kits? Wondering if the chassis would fit. 🤔 This is on our list too btw.
