Hi Praneet, i wanted to ask that if we have a B1/B2 Visit Visa approved before which is valid for 5 years and then submit our i-140 for EB-2 NIW Green Card from outside USA and if that gets approved also then can we enter the USA with our still Valid Visit Visa and do this process of Adjustment of Status? I am asking this because you have named alot of visa's in your this video but you have not mentioned Visit Visa once, so can you confirm that this process can be done by entering on a visit visa as well?

Thank you for the useful info. I was working in US from May 2007 to Aug 2013 and I got my I-140 approved in Nov 2012 (priority date Feb 2012). I moved back to India in 2013 and now that my priority date is becoming current, can I apply for 485 from India?

Is the priority date date of filing or it is final action date. I am done with all the steps of i485 with f2b category but only waiting final decision after biometric but even if the interview is done, do i still wait for green card as final action date hs not moved since 2021 or date of filing is used

Green card availability depends on Final Action Date. Once your priority date is within the Final Action Date then your case will evaluated by USCIS!

3 years return of tax returns are standard. In case you have only started from 2 years then you can submit those.

Passport is needed to travel along with valid Visa. I130 petition approval is not enough to travel.

Sir, I have one question! Please answer! There is a difference of 5 years in my date of birth certificate and my high school mark sheet including all the documents further! When considering Student visa, Employment Visa, Green card and even in getting US citizenship, will this gap of 5years create any problem in getting visas mentioned above? If yes, what should I do? USCIS has a list of supporting documents requirements . It’s very detailed . It’s definitely helpful . If you go through the list , the application is easy to complete . Don’t forget to include I-864 affidavit of support including the last 3 years of tax papers. Best of luck to everyone
