Oh man you such a great woman on earth..guiding in such sweet way..that you can't miss any thing God will reward you for this help on man kind. My son is born US citizen, he applied for us i130 in 2021 it was approved in September 2022 DQ was approved Alhumdullah. We were waiting for interview call in our home country pakistan, its been 9 months, we were just waiting so I come a cross your vlog just few days back, procedure wich you told that we can go to USA and apply for adjustment of status we didn't know before, we just waisted our 9 months. Now I got the ticket I have valid visit visa, going to US for adjustment of status..its OK no problem ? What documents should I carry same file which we already submitted to NVC ? I cannot advise you since I am not qualified to do so. However, entering the U.S. on a visitor visa WITH the intent to adjust status is considered misrepresentation (immigration fraud).

Hello, with an approved petition you will need to file a waiver of inadmissibility I believe I-601. However you definitely don’t want to do it yourself, you need an attorney. I thank you for the donation, but please please save the money for yourself 🙏🏼🙏🏼

I want to ask you regarding consular processing at the NVC, for the Affidavit of support, are you saying that you'll stillmay get a rfe even if you have enough assets to supplement the differential/lack of income? I was $1,400 short of poverty guideline because I'm self-employed/depreciation but I show 140k of documented assets. Still could receive RFE? I have no joint sponsor at all? Thank you

hey lovely, Are you still taking on people for zoom calls? I think I have a pretty straight forward case but my main question is, my husband has not worked in 3 years and basically lived off grid, he started a new job today and meets guidlines but is this going to give me a problem and do you recommend getting a co-sponsor because of this? Hes making above poverty but not by a whole lot. We were actually planning on settling in Canada but his longshoreman ticket got called, its so hard when you dont know where you want to settle you know!

Hi, even though your husband makes enough money with his new job, uscis will give you a lot issues and you have a 100% chance of getting an RFE if the tax returns don’t reflect that amount. The easiest thing is to get a joint sponsor or wait until next year’s tax filing date to file with 2022 tax returns.

Right now on the visa bulletin the priority date for F2A is current. Concurrent filing is allowed for current categories

Does not include place of birth Old Indian passport. It includes My Name, Date of Birth, parents names and place of Birth The above documents are not listed as secondary evidence in the " U.S. Visa: Reciprocity and Civil Documents by Country site.
