Hi Kseniya! Thank you for this video, really helpful. I only have one question. Regarding the "Where did you apply for your immigrant visa or adjustment of status" and "Where was your immigrant visa or adjustment of status granted" questions. Basically I need to put the ZIP code of my address at the time of submission into the Field Office Locator and that will be the right answer to both of those? Thank you so much!

Great video, very informative! I just still don’t understand the very thing that brought me to watch this guide😢I’m helping my wife change her last name on her green card to my last name, but I don’t understand how to do that. Both fields referring to the entering of name seem the same to me😅 “What is your current legal name?” What name should I enter there? The name she had before marrying me or after? Has your name legally changed since you received your permanent resident card? Of course the answer is yes, but then what? The next question seems just like the first one. “What is your name exactly as it appears on your permanent resident card?” What name do I enter here? The one before or after she married me? Thank you!

Hi Ksenya. Have you come across the case where DHS switch the photos of a mother and child in their green card? Since in that case you have to mail the actual card then this case can not be done online?

So my green card only included one of my last names not both. When I filled out the application I included my second last name under “other names” on my application. That’s the same way I filled out all my applications and my employment authorization card correctly included both last names but my green card only included one. If I keep the green card as it is, would this be a problem or should I fill out this form and get a replacement card? Do I need to include both last names under “last name”? Can this be corrected when I apply to remove the conditions for my green card?

Hey life saver I have quick question 1099 last 3 years tax transcripts (SSA disable in pravite) Im seeing my total income 11.000$ from return Transcript and Im the only one Supporting my spouse . Also I have W-2 and tax statement Which part I can see for + Total income included about(w2)form ? 11k+ ? İs part ( pensions and Annuities (total benefits paid) or tax withheld part? @@jmsyasar you have to rely on the total income line (line 9) from your tax returns. If you have non-taxable income you’re likely going to receive an RFE
