From a former resident of the Delaware Valley who grew up wanting to be a civil engineer: If you ever re-mix this video: 1. Around timestamp 6:40, although originally called the Vine Street Expressway, is now officially the Vine Expressway and commonly called "The Vine". 2. Around timestamp 7:40, the photo of the Schuykill River shows the old configuration of the I-676 to I-76 ramps. The photo shows the ramp to I-76 East as a left lane exit while your video shows the current configuration of the ramp to I-76 as a right lane exit. Enjoyed your video!

I take 95 south from Philly to Delaware for shopping and no sales tax. One most the most cool parts about the drive I can take the Platt Bridge to 95 or travel on broad street going past the stadiums and the Eagles practice facility. When I get on the highway I turn my music up and windows down enjoying the ride. Thanks Freewayjim you the coolest!!!

I love your channel. I feel as if I'm right there in the passenger seat (which would be the whole point, huh? Lol). I'm too nervous to drive the highway (even though I'm in my 30s) because of the maniacs on the road. They're nuts on the street here in Philly and multiply that by 3 x the speed limit on 95 and ... no thanks. If you handled 95 and 676 and got out in one piece, you are a PRO, my friend!

In my opinion, especially west of and in Center City during rushhour, I-76 (aka "The Schuylkill Expressway") has the worst congestion issues of all major highways in Philadelphia

Got a video north from Center City? Because I know that the Spring Garden Market-Frankford Elevated station is between the median there. I drove on I-95 in the Philly area twice, and I never ran into a traffic jam.

Look at the design, there is not another interchange like it anywhere, plus it involves interaction with surface streets, the ramps between I-76 and I-95 are not all direct connections, which is very odd for an interstate to interstate connection.

If you ask me, they should re-route 95 from Delaware right into the NJ Turnpike... what's currently I-95 into Philly should be rebranded as 295-W before crossing the Delaware River into Jersey, and then that part should be 295-E, running from there, and joining 95 across the river back to the split where 95, 295, and 495 all meet.

@@Freewayjim The pictures are there for enjoyment while enjoying the music, so sharpness wasn't a requirement, and the pictures actually present a challenge. I have located six scenes, as I commented on that video. When signage has changed, an old dashcam video can help because it shows the old signage.
