Once upon a time in Compton/Watts I bought a home, forgot to do my due diligence, realized it had no foundation, thought I was screwed AND THEN.. time healed my mistake.

Back then, bank didn't have to disclose anything about REO property and we were even given any time to inspect property.....but didn't stop us for buying.....crazy time but now i think about it, we should have purchased more properties!!!!
