I having a true story. I’m sound engineer and I worked in club in paris France with the most famous house music DJ. I asked one time to a friend was 40 years old and gay : Steph, why all gay people and your friend never try something with me, he said « Cyrille you stink heterosexuality because you are very sensitive straight guy and we know we can turn you as a gay ». Another day in Spain, my best friend who is a lesbian proposed to me and my girlfriend to have a party in the most hardcore gay club; imagine 2000 gay in the dancefloor at 3 pm, the smelling of testosterone take us to the throat that was crazy… The best part was when I said to my best friend « watch this, I will staying lonely in the bar (I’m a pretty beautiful men) and all the gay will be ignore me. After 15 minutes no gay tried to approached me and my best friend (lesbian) was shocked hahah; my fiend Steph the old gay was right ;-) During this night in the club I did something crazy, I was stone as fuck later and searching the toilets for a pee, I entered in a room with kind of metallic walls in a nice red and dark light, I start to pee in the wall thinking it’s the toilet and after 20 second during the pee, I realized all around me many men suck dickk’k’´´, fist fuuujjuckk’´´partner and other sexual stuff…. I WAS IN THE BACKROOM !!!! True story hahaha

Mario, this was HILARIOUS!😂😂😂 You should definitely use this in your stand-up routine. Everyone loves a fish out of water story, and your story is magnified by dealing with a confluence practices and norms, such as American culture, gay sex culture, drug culture and high society. Your naivete back then was endearing but could have gotten you in heaps of really uncomfortable and traumatic situations. You were so gay-for-pay adjacent during that party. You were just one closed door, just one "Sure, why not?" circumstance away from a major life-altering event. I love your content.❤

I was invited to "a party" ... and given 2 tickets so I could bring a friend. We showed up at a "circuit party" not even knowing what a circuit party was! I'd never drank and never done any drug. That night was quite the experience!!! Oh... my friend and I got separated in the crowd, and spent the rest of the night searching for each other lol

I understand people maybe be unsure or curious, but some people know if they are only attracted to women or only attracted to men and don't need to explore to know that. It's the same logic as saying how do you know your not a necrophiliac if you haven't tried it? lol... there's a lot of things in life we don't need to try to know we are not interested and don't desire to try it. There's a lot of gay men who have also never been with a woman and they know they are gay. You know if you are attracted to men or women or both.. you don't need to sleep with a man or woman if you are not attracted to them just to prove to yourself you're not attracted to them.

Nowhere did I say having a fetish is the exact same thing as having a sexual orientation, only you said that. But my point was it is about preferences(which is exactly what sexual orientation is about a preference and attraction for one or both sexes) You either like something or you don't. If you're heterosexual and not attracted to men and don't desire sex with them then you don't and that's that.

A very goodlooking and very straight friend of mine who was on the track team at Northwestern University (he has lots of gay friends and has gorgeous blue eyes) ended up at a wild gay party by accident in Chicago. He was fascinated. He had the time of his life LOL. He was just told not to let himself be pushed into the three toilets in the apartment.

There is a rough mining town near Johannesburg called Brakpan. There are several straight and several gay nightclubs within reasonable reach. I am told by straight boys that if they want a peaceful evening with their girl, they prefer to go to a gay bar. In a "straight" or ordinary bar there are always some really low men who will pick on the girlfriend, and actually are looking for a fight.There is no pushback from the gay patrons of the bar.

In Palm Springs, when you get invited to a pool party, you go during the daylight....but you know when the sun goes down, it turns into the kind of party you described. So....if you don't want that, you gotta leave before then.

Used to find myself in NYC dancing well into the next afternoon. Those were the days. Would occasionally think that the simple folks back in my small, Indiana town had no idea... Love your story. The ending is actually very sweet.

I kinda understand where you’re coming from (no pun intended) as far as being naive. I went to a party in Key West and having a great time, wonderful people, everyone’s super friendly and nice. I heard this slapping or whapping noise. I asked someone what was that and they were very vague. The noise stopped, then started up again, and I had to pee, I walked around looking for a restroom, passed by a room where the noise was coming from, and it was dark AF, the only light coming in was from down the hall. When my eyes adjusted what I was seeing was mind blowing. The slapping noise was a guys bicep 💪🏻 against another man’s bum 🍑. I was like 19, maybe 20 and I was afraid to go to parties for years afterwards.

Yeah, I went to something like that here in south Florida. I had no idea what was involved. I'm not really into the "party" scene as I don't drink, smoke, or do drugs. I walked in checked my clothes and people were basically having sex all over the place. I felt pretty uncomfortable, so I just went to the back yard and talked to a couple of people lol

FYI, not all gay guys have life goals of converting straight guys...and although I was part of the party scene, I'm a very private person so had I been offered a job to work this party, I would have had the same reaction you did, would have taken it all in and continued doing a good job...the guy who hired you sounded cool, curious if he every hired you for other events after that? p.s. going home with the red velvet cake...life goals!

Very cute story! I can relate because I can be extremely naive at times and have been to str8 and gay parties like what you described. One suggestion for you, maybe start describing yourself as heteroflexable instead of straight. It makes you sound more open minded that way. 😊💙

Honestly the "trying to convince you you are gay" feels very icky to me. It mostly depends on how it was handled, but it sounds really pushy. There is absolutely nothing wrong with experimenting or doing things outside your comfort zone, but only if it's your decision, you can't push someone else to do it. If someone voices boundaries respect them, no matter gay, straight or whatever

I enjoy your vlog overall. But it appears you believe gay men are a monolith. And this takes away your credibility and leaves me wondering what you really think of gay men and the LGBTQ sub-population. Like when you said (in this video) that "all gay men secretly believe all straight men are gay..." It is also not lost on us that you live in West Hollywood, which is not a credible source of how most gay men live, what they believe, and how challenging their lives are. I appreciate when you said you did not know gay men while growing up in Germany. But based on the above comment, it appears you have not done enough to know gay men, especially gay men who live outside West Hollywood.

I think Mario’s comment is valid. There are of course billions of straight men, well, maybe a billion anyway !! I think the primary human sexuality default is bisexual, flesh is flesh, and sex drive is sex drive; the rest is life experience, hormones, and brainwashing.
