Hey Athan, i have literally binged watched your whole Japan series and enjoyed every minute watching. It realy gave me a raw perspective and helped me vizualize my dream of one day studying abroad in Japan. Throughout the series i realy saw you become independent, build new realationships and become a man. I wish you much succes with your further journey and hope you reach your goal of 100K subs.

This actually made me cry. Its just so bittersweet. It has been an awesome journey. It's a pain to see you go. I'll really miss the Japan content and I can't wait to see what you will do now. You are one of, if not the most underrated KZbinr. The effort you put into your videos is immaculate. Even though you only have 6000 subscribers, we all love you a bunch. There are literally almost no Japan KZbinrs that do what you do. Show the real life. The others only show the good part and what you can do. I want to see what happens and who you will meet. I hope you have a great time with your family again!

Hey man, I just wanted to say thank you for posting and sharing your experience living abroad! I'm going to Japan in September and will be staying for a year too. I couldn't keep up with your content cuz of college and work, but I'll binge watch the videos now to prepare myself for the trip lol. I'm really rooting for your success on youtube, the edit, the planning, the storytelling, everything is amazing, a work of art! It's just a matter of time for you to get to 100k! The dedication and the hard work are gonna pay off for sure, keep it up! Also, great job on the self-improvement journey, the difference is clear from the start of the adventure! It looks like you found your way to express yourself through the videos. Again, thanks for posting and good luck!

Congrats on surviving in a scarily scarily foreign land! It's been 10 months? wow. You had a text-to-talk voice over back then but now it's done with your own voice. That alone is making me cry a bit. (Almost a decade ago, I studied abroad for several years as a foreign student, so.) As for your channel, I don't think you are doing any bad at all. It's a good one as a self-branding channel already. And at least for me it's the kind I must follow.

Man, im so happy for you. Living in japan is also a big dream of mine. Im Brazilian, but im currently studying in Portugal. I’m closing up my first year of college and it’s been a long journey… I miss my family, and I won’t be able to return home for a year, probably. But I’m so happy to be here, and my parents are visiting me later this year, so im definitely looking forward to that, and im very grateful! When i watched your videos, i could see in myself the same struggles you went through. I commend your bravery and tenacity, for suffering is truly what makes heroes. You are very courageous and you have achieved a great feat. Congratulations! I hope to one day move there, as i have been unsuccessful in the past. I tried to forget this dream, but it just has a way of going back to me. At this point, i can’t really ignore it, can i? In a way, i think that I wasn’t ready back then. I was younger and very naive. When i finish my course, i will have proved that i can endure all kinds of hardship and loneliness . I believe i will be ready for japan this time.

I came to japan a month ago and am going through a lot of what you went through. Watching this has made me very grateful to be here, and very sad to leave. My biggest problem is missing home but also loving here. I'll never be able to have both, and so I'll always be mourning whichever life i am not living. I miss being able to talk to strangers, but i also love not being forced into conversations with strangers. I miss in n out, but I'll miss mos burger too. Yesterday I met a street dance group that does my same style. I dont even have that back home. I am in turmoil now, so Im just gonna end this and go back to not thinking about it cause that hurts less lol. Just remember you can always come back cause nothing is impossible.

Just binge watched so many of your videos, your vids are legendary. And I just want to say, you WILL become the KZbinr that you want to become, there’s no way it won’t happen, it’s just a matter of time ⏰ In fact, you already are that KZbinr that you’re wanting to become, you just don’t happen to have that number that reaffirms that to yourself, yet… Anyone that asks you if you’re a KZbinr, you should give them a resounding “yes”, because when they look past that 6k subscriber count, your content is on another level. KZbin only recommended your videos to me today, that should tell you that we (the subscribers) are on the way 👏🏼 Let’s goooo
