This is an amazing idea for an alternate boss. I'd love to see them actually add this to the game proper. But the stages go armored mewtwo (anime) -> mewtwo (mold breaker+adaptability) -> mega mewtwo x ( instant stealthrocks, beast boost+ tough claws) or mega mewtwo y (instant psychic terain, beast boost+ adaptability) -> final stage shadow mewtwo from Pokken

I did have fun messing with the codebase, encounter design is super fun. Would be cool to see a bit more divergence in endgame encounters, forcing the player to come up with a few different checks to potential final encounters.
