I just found this mod and it looks like the best thing ever. The only problem is that like all my other preferred mods are forge-only, so I guess I won't be able to use it in my standard configurations... How hard is it to convert from Fabric anyway? I haven't done any modding in a while, but I know coding well enough, I'm almost considering trying to convert it myself if you give permission.

Also another cool detail idea (even though this video is kinda old) I think the hollow rat when attacking should have a barely noticable slash effect when attacking, an alternative would be to make the rates basically have the hollow knight death animation ( perhaps making them smug dance until they explode into a bunch of void? And a skull of the hollow rat would be a nice addition as well.)

Ngl I really like how this looks and how it functions much easier than Alex's Rats. Unfortunately I only play forge currently, but I would play fabric if all my favorite mods moved to it, and I am aware how much better it is for both performance and coders. One day when all my favorites are on fabric I'll definitely play with this as a must-have. Great job.

when you apply invisibility, please give more then 0 secounds. The same with any other status effect tbh. I know other mods that do that and during a bit of lag, the effect wears off.

I have a suggestion for the elytrat a radar dish made by surrounding a shield in iron When used it makes the elytrat’s fly in a formation or circle the player when on the ground

I have an idea for your mod ! You could add an item named "the rat tusks " that are crafted with string and iron . When a rat equips them , it will be able to dig through blocks with the efficiency of an iron pick , without potions

you should make naturally spawning elytrats that spawn in jungle villages or in jungles in general and give them the different parrot designs weaker of course since they're naturally spawning with wings maybe they primarily walk but if the distance they're going is far away they just fly instead or maybe the other way around where they always fly unless they're sitting

Easy. Add the ratddle. A mini saddle using 3 iron nuggets and 5 rabbit hide, using the exact same layout as the removed horse saddle from 1.6. Although I don’t know how to do it for elytrats though, so maybe leave those unrideable.

Could you implement a way for rats to be instantly aggroed by phantoms? To start an attack on phantoms you either need to hit or be hit, it would be awesome if rats at night could just see a phantom, attack him and fetch the drops for you without you needing to be hurt first. This mod is fant-rat-stic. One suggestion to make the Elytrats slightly less powerful. Make a new item called the Firework Pouch that can be shift+right clicked onto a rat. Each Firework pouch gives a rat 25 fireworks that they can use to fly (multiple can be stacked on each rat) and rats will stop flying when: 1. All mobs are dead in a radius or 2. they run out of fireworks and they will land on the ground. Just an idea, I would be happy if you even see this comment. Love ur vids, keep it up!

Random cute idea, a staff or command dedicated to say stunts or tricks. For example, elytra rats will spin around you in a rat tornado. You can watch them circle you for a bit and another where they just fly back and forth. Hmm ... Maybe just a patrol staff would work, then you could make your own circle.
