I Added Garlic Butter to my Chicken and Cheese Sandwich!

A garlic chicken and cheese sandwich is one of the most delicious and easy sandwiches to make. All you need is some cooked chicken, cheese, garlic butter, and a few simple ingredients to make a fantastic sandwich. I love it for a quick lunch with a crisp salad.
To start, cook some chicken breast on the BBQ, griddle pan or in a frying pan. Once it is cooked, let it cool for a few minutes so that you can slice it up. Then, spread some cream cheese on two slices of bread, some grated Gruyere cheese, the sliced chicken, and more grated Gruyere cheese. If you want, you can add some fresh basil or other herbs for extra flavour. Close the sandwich with another slice of bread, spread with garlic butter and gently fry in a pan until golden brown and crispy. Cut it in half diagonally and serve immediately. Enjoy!

Wonderful stuff, Joel! I added some sliced and diced, smoked, belly of Pork, (Morinly Boczek), and freshly grated Cheddar Cheese, to my bowl of whisked whole Egg, (with salt and freshly ground black pepper), and popped it into my frying pan, with a dash of Virgin Olive Oil, (I love Virgins!...😍..!), on my stove, and under my grill for a few minutes, together with a slice of Garlic Buttered Toast, for my tasty Omelet Supper, last night! A Supper to die for!.... From England... 😂...😂....! Take care, all!.....😊....😊....!

You seasoned the chicken with salt, pepper and olive oil. No garlic or onion powder? Will it smell the chicken ( not aromatic) when we eat? Asian cooking always marinate the meat with garlic, onion to mask the smell of the blood of the meat. Thank you.

Hi! I'm new to your channel Joel. I am a food-loving Vet Tech from California. Your collie is so beautiful. I actually said, "AWWW" when he offered you his paw at the end. They are a breed we don't see much of anymore. I LOVE the idea of this sandwich in every way- the chicken thighs (YUM my fave) the CHEESE!! Garlic and butter. I don't eat white bread though and I'm on a special eating plan at the moment, so I am going to find a way to lessen the calories and fat and still enjoy this!!
